Lakeview Single Estate Irish Whiskey comes from Wayward Irish Spirits and uses barley grown on the estate in Killarney, County Kerry. Barley harvested from the Hilly Field in 2018 underwent small-batch malting in Naas, followed by pot still distillation at Great Northern Distillery in March 2019 using a 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley mash bill. Bottling occurs at 46% ABV after gradual reduction over six weeks, without added color or chill filtration.
