Lagrimas Tequila Plata El Sabino is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% blue weber agave grown on a single estate in the Tequila Valley. The agave is cooked in brick ovens and extracted using tahona and roller mills. Fermentation takes place in wood and stainless steel tanks with open-air methods both with and without agave fibers. The tequila is twice distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils and bottled unaged at 46% ABV.
