  • Nose:

The nose is gentle, honeyed and peaty, with notes of butterscotch, saline, leather, fresh apple, grass.

Moderate mouthfeel. Smoke and brine meet ash, red grape, olive, leather, waffle cone.

  • Finish:

The finish leads with chestnut and leather, which smoothly transitions into cracked pepper, gentle peat and plum.

A nice scotch. Perfect for peat fans but balanced enough that I think it will work well for a wider audience.
