Laelia Tequila is produced using 100% blue weber agave that is tahona-crushed, naturally fermented with mountain spring water and double distilled in copper pot stills. The blanco rests up to 14 days in American white oak barrels and is bottled at 40% ABV.
Additional time brings out herbal, cinnamon, and vanilla notes. The sweet agave and citrus entry builds to a vanilla and oak peak. It fades with salted caramel and mineral and finishes semi-dry with lime zest, cinnamon, sea salt, and white pepper.
