  • Nose:

Sweet cream, a plastic note, jalapeno and corn bread. Really interesting and complex.

  • Taste:

Rich on the palate, savory and sweet. Cream, agave syrup, pepper and some papaya. Faint smoke on the back palate, hint of minerality and a tinge of ash.

  • Finish:

Long on the finish - rich and complex. Ash, minerality, a sour fruit note that pairs so well. Papaya, mango, some honey, along with pepper, lemon curd and sourdough bread.

  • Overall:

This is a real beast of a bottle - it really keeps you guessing while tossing in new notes that really work together. Big fan.
