Kujira Ryukyu Whisky Aged 20 Years is a single grain Japanese whisky produced by Kumesen Shuzo, a distillery founded in 1952 on the Okinawa Islands. It is made from 100% long-grain Indica rice fermented with black koji mold, a technique rooted in the region's Awamori tradition, and aged for two decades in ex-bourbon casks under a subtropical climate. The whisky is bottled at 43% ABV and retails for around $350.
