  • It’s like no other Knob Creek bottle I’ve ever had and I think it’s such an amazing whiskey and a great experience overall when tasting. I need at LEAST 2 backups of this.

  • Nose:

Chocolate fudge, Brown sugar, Oaky and roasted peanuts.

  • Taste:

Starts off with a strong chocolate and barrel note then finishes with a roasted peanut and caramel taste.

  • Finish:

Long lasting and one of my favorites on a Knob Creek.

  • Overall:

I am normally not a Knob Creek fan but this single barrel blew me away and I knew we had to get it for the SBC. It’s like no other Knob Creek bottle I’ve ever had and I think it’s such an amazing whiskey and a great experience overall when tasting. I need at LEAST 2 backups of this.
