Kirkland Signature Añejo Tequila is produced at Corporativo Destileria Santa Lucia in Jalisco, Mexico, using blue weber agave. The agave is cooked in a high-pressure autoclave, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The tequila is double distilled in stainless steel pot stills and bottled at 40% ABV.
