Kings County Moonshine is an unaged corn whiskey made from 80% New York State organic corn sourced from Lakeview Organic and 20% Golden Promise malted barley from Thomas Fawcett Maltsters in the U.K. Distilled using pot stills from Forsyths in Scotland and Vendome in Kentucky, its high-malt mash bill takes inspiration from Scotch whisky rather than bourbon, which typically incorporates rye or wheat. This expression is flavored like grapefruit and jalapeño.
