Kings County Spiced Whiskey is made in New York from a moonshine base infused with cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, black peppercorns, clove and star anise. The raw, dried spices infuse in a steel tank for up to two months, depending on climate, with no artificial flavors or added sugar. It is pot distilled using Forsyths and Vendome stills. The mashbill consists of 80% organic, non-GMO corn sourced from Lakeview Organic in the Finger Lakes region and 20% Golden Promise malted barley from Thomas Fawcett Maltsters in the U.K.
