Kings County Moonshine is an unaged corn whiskey distilled from 80% New York State organic corn sourced from Lakeview Organic and 20% Golden Promise malted barley from Thomas Fawcett Maltsters in the U.K. Using pot stills from Forsyths in Scotland and Vendome in Kentucky, its high-malt mashbill follows Scotch whisky traditions rather than bourbon. Collected at 140 proof before being proofed down for barrel aging, Distiller's Proof Moonshine can be used for infusions, tinctures or further aging - and also serves as the base for the brand’s Whiskey Aging Kit.
