Kilchoman Maury Cask Matured is a limited-edition Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Kilchoman Distillery, a family-owned farm distillery founded in 2005 on the Isle of Islay, Scotland. It marks the first time Kilchoman has fully matured a whisky in ex-Maury fortified wine casks, with 19 butts filled in 2021, vatted and bottled on March 5, 2026, yielding approximately 15,000 bottles. Bottled at 50% ABV without chill filtration or added color, it typically retails for around $90 in the U.S.

  • On the palate, the musty damp wood and bitter tannins return first. These give way to molasses and liquorice leading sour cherries and orange zest. There is underlying earthy peat throughout.
