Produced on Islay by Kilchoman, a farm-based distillery that grows and malts a portion of its own barley, Coull Point is a vatting of 4- and 5-year-old single malts matured in fresh bourbon barrels. The 4-year-old portion was finished in oloroso sherry butts for four weeks before bottling. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV.
