Kinobi Sei is a navy strength gin made by Kyoto Distillery, Japan’s first gin-only distillery. It uses the same recipe as the brand's original Kyoto Dry Gin, but is bottled at a higher proof. Botanicals include green tea leaves, yuzu, sansho pepper, hinoki cypress, ginger, bamboo leaves, red perilla, lemon peel, juniper berries, orris and pepper tree buds.
