First introduced to the U.S. in April 2024, this Taiwanese single malt is a blend of whiskies finished in Oloroso, Pedro Ximénez and Moscatel casks. Bearing no age statement, this single malt is bottled at 86 proof.

  • Nose:

    Strong sherry influence on the nose. It’s creamy and fruity with some welcome spice notes. Granny Smith apple, cherries, maple, nutmeg, cinnamon, brown sugar, strawberries and cream

  • Taste:

    Fairly viscous mouthfeel for 86 proof. A big char note is joined by cherries, oatmeal raisin cookies, almonds, caramel, cinnamon, tobacco, strawberries and rosemary.

  • Finish:

    A long finish concludes with clove, oak, a kiss of tannin, tobacco, cinnamon and nutmeg.

  • Overall:

    A good example of sherry-finished malt done well. This is easy to sip and light yet solidly complex and viscous.
