Kavalan Gin incorporates red guava, kumquat and starfruit from Taiwan. Other ingredients include juniper berries, lemon, coriander and orange blossom. The base spirit is crafted from malted barley, which undergoes double-charcoal filtration and triple distillation in copper stills.
