Produced by Kanosuke Distillery in Japan, Kanosuke Single Malt 2021 Second Edition is made from non-peated malt and bottled at cask strength. Distilled in 2018, it was aged three years in bourbon casks and vatted from multiple barrels, with bourbon casks as the primary component. Bottled at 57% ABV in a 700ml format, this release follows the First Edition, which used casks previously filled with Komasa Brewery’s rice shochu, Mellow Kozuru.
