Jura The Sound is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Jura Distillery, located on the Isle of Jura in the Inner Hebrides off Scotland's west coast. It's a no-age statement whisky that spends its initial maturation in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in barrels that previously held 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry, bottled at 42.5% ABV and sold exclusively in 1-liter bottles for travel retail. The whisky typically sells in the $50-60 range.
