Bilberry Black Hearts Gin is distilled twice from 100% organic Michigan wheat and includes nine botanicals: juniper, bilberry, lemon, bitter orange, cinnamon, coriander, anise, angelica and orris root. This barrel-aged version is rested in new American white oak barrels for six months to a year before being bottled at 90 proof.
