Johnnie Walker Swing Blended Scotch Whisky, first launched in 1932, is bottled at 80 proof and typically retails for about $56. Designed with a convex base for stability on moving surfaces, the bottle’s rocking motion was inspired by Sir Alexander Walker's observation of bottles shifting aboard ocean liners.
It leaves a soft, peated palate just silky enough to want to pick the glass back up. If you are adventurous , it is a blend to try but if you are just having a whisky you might as well order the JW Red, Black, or Dewar's 12.
