Jian Nan Chun Chiew is a Chinese baijiu produced by Sichuan Mianzhu Jian Nan Chun Distillery Co., Ltd. in Mianzhu, Sichuan Province. Made from five high-quality grains including sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn, this product is fermented in cellars that are hundreds of years old. - The nose offers some muted sweetness, light floral and fruit notes, and there is an unmistakable scent of… well, the best I can come up with is old gym socks. While that may sound immediately unpleasant, all Baijiu is not created equal
