James F.C. Hyde Sorgho Whiskey is made from 100% American-grown sorghum and distilled using copper pot distillation. It is aged in new, small, charred American oak barrels at no more than 125 proof. The whiskey honors James F.C. Hyde, who in 1857 published a key work on growing, harvesting, and distilling sorghum.
