Jacob Waltz Arizona Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced by SanTan Spirits, a distillery founded in 2015 in Chandler, Arizona. The Bottled in Bond expression is aged for four years in hand-selected oak barrels and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV). According to the distillery, Arizona’s extreme temperature swings accelerate barrel interaction, creating a richer oak character.
