J.P. Wiser's 28 Years Canadian Whisky was distilled in 1996 and bottled in 2024 after aging for 28 years in Canadian whisky casks, French oak, Hungarian oak and ex-bourbon barrels. The blend consists of 90% double-column distilled corn and approximately 10% single-column distilled rye. Produced at Hiram Walker & Sons Distillery in Windsor, Ontario, it marks the second release in the brand’s Decades Series and retails for $328.
