J. Frederick Straight Bourbon is named after J. Frederick Hillerich, who immigrated from Germany in 1842 and opened a wood shop in Louisville supplying barrels to the bourbon industry. Made from a 36% rye mashbill, this whiskey is finished with 200-year-old oak, maple and cherry wood. Bottled in a 750 ml format, it is priced at around $59.95.
