Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, created by Giuseppe Gallo, features a blend of Italian ingredients, including Calabrian bergamot oranges, Sicilian citrons, chamomile from Lazio and herbs from Northern Italy such as lavender, yellow roses, lemon balm and gentian.
Notes of orange, lemon and a smattering of light bitter notes add up to a broad spectrum of flavors. This is a fantastic product to experiment with in place of your usual liqueur.
