Isle of Fionia Little Isle Single Malt Danish Whisky is an organic single malt produced at Nyborg Distillery using locally sourced Funen malt. It is aged for three to four years in a combination of ex-bourbon, STR (shaved, toasted and re-charred) and ex-port casks, then bottled unfiltered and without added color at 43% ABV in 700 mL format. Pricing sits around 525 DKK.

Per the brand, the aroma is fresh and fruity with notes of red grapes, cherries, pear, vanilla, spice and roasted nuts. The palate is soft, round and lightly sweet, with port-driven fruit and added depth from oak.
