Iron Balls Gin is made in Southeast Asia using locally sourced ingredients like citrus fruits, ginger, lemongrass, coriander seeds and juniper. Its base spirit is distilled from fermented pineapples and coconut. The gin undergoes a two-step infusion process: first, the botanicals are steeped at air temperature for at least seven days, then fresh pineapple is added to the still for vapour infusion. Distillation occurs slowly in small batches to preserve the delicate pineapple flavor, with careful attention to avoid overheating. After distillation, each bottle is hand-checked, labeled and roped before shipment.
