Ozark American Whiskey Finished in Apple Brandy Casks is a 750 mL whiskey bottled at 52.5% ABV. It was produced in collaboration with Colonel Steve Akley of ABV Barrel Shop and Demetrius Cain of Nobleton’s Distilling House using a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% rye, and 4% barley. The whiskey was aged in a “ground barrel” from Cain’s farm and finished for three weeks in apple brandy that had been aged four years. It retails for $100.
