Inspiro Special Reserve Añejo, distilled at Tequilera Tap in Jalisco, Mexico, is a limited release offering of just 600 bottles. Made from 100% agave, it is additive-free, gluten-free and bottled at 88 proof. It ages four months in French oak casks previously used for rosé wine before spending 15 months in French pinot noir barrels. Founded by Mara Smith in partnership with master distiller Ana María Romero Mena, the brand is certified women-owned.
