I'Ma Gin Lime is distilled by MCM Artisan Distillers in Casal do Picaró, Santarém, Portugal. It is crafted in a 20-liter copper still using botanicals from the Ribatejo region, with lime and lemon verbena as key ingredients. The lemon verbena, cultivated on-site, imparts a greenish hue through successive green leaf infusions. Additional ingredients include dried physalia, roasted almond kernels and allspice. The gin is bottled at 43% ABV and priced at around $50.
