Produced in Italy by the family-run Il Tramonte brand, Il Tramonto Limoncello is made by steeping Sicilian lemon rinds in a neutral grain spirit before distilling and sweetening. It is bottled at 30% ABV.
Although this product is offered at a lower price point, I still feel that it didn’t quite measure up, and was not able to make a good tasting cocktail. I would not recommend this bottle of Il Tramonto Limoncello to a friend.
