Hughes Belle of Bedford Pure Rye Extra Aged is a single-barrel straight rye whiskey distilled in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, with a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. It ages eight years in charred American white oak barrels and is proofed with spring water from the original family estate in Bedford, Pennsylvania. The whiskey is produced under the Hughes Bros. Distilling name, revived by great-great-grandson Cyrus Kehyari, and retails for about $91 per 750ml bottle.
