Hoot + Howl Spirits, based in Golden, Colorado, was founded by seventh-generation Coloradan Callan Deline and is led by head distiller Chris Ritenour. The distillery began in Englewood before relocating to Golden, where it now operates with two Golden Moon stills and a 100-gallon still brought from its original location. Released in May 2025 as part of the distillery’s initial five-spirit lineup, this triple sec features bergamot peel and uses a mellowing process involving double distillation, heating to 160°F and gradual cooling.
