House Review
Nose:
Full and rich on the nose, tons of honey, lime zest, a light touch of Jamaican funk. Sweet, bold, lightly funky, full of life.
Taste:
Rich on the palate, though there’s a kick of ethanol as well. Full of apple, pineapple, mango. Diesel-y funk up front loaded with pepper, ginger, lime zest. Over time this breaks down into a rich honey, lime juice and tropical funk.
Finish:
Long finish, full of honey, lime and funk.
Overall:
A funky daiquiri in a glass, the infamous Diamond Hands CH from Holmes Cay stands tall, proud and flavorful.
Score:
88
