Holmes Cay Barbados 2005 Single Cask Rum is the inaugural release from Holmes Cay, an independent bottler in New York City. Distilled at Foursquare Rum Distillery, it's a blend of pot and column-distilled rum matured in ex-bourbon casks for 11 years in Barbados and then 3 more years in the U.K. Only 504 bottles were released.
