Harmony Holistic Gin is a 90-proof botanical gin produced by The Holistic Spirits Co., co-founded by Amy Holmwood and Woody Harrelson. It is distilled with juniper berries, orris root, hyssop, coriander seed, lemon peel, lime peel and angelica root, and infused with a blend of elderberry, muscadine grape, artichoke and green tea.

The aroma is juniper-forward, with earthy bark and a resinous pine quality. A subtle mint note lingers in the background, giving way to bright citrus tones like lemon peel. Floral touches of gardenia and jasmine round out the nose with a soft, perfumed elegance.
The floral character carries through on the palate, led by delicate notes of magnolia and jasmine. This initial wave of florals ebbs and flows, intertwining with herbal undertones of coriander seed, lemongrass, and pine. Just enough sweetness to highlight the myriad of flavors.
It finishes quite dry leaving only a touch of citrus peel to linger
Holistic Spirits Harmony Gin awakens the senses with its complex flavor profile and a delicate sweetness that keeps you coming back for more. It's an excellent gin that stands well on its own but would also shines in a White Negroni — though its vibrant color will noticeably alter the drink’s appearance.
