  • Nose:

    Juniper, sourdough crust, some honey. Sweet, lots of grain, pepper.

  • Taste:

    Sweet on the palate. Not a ton of juniper, lots of citrus. Sweet honey, not a ton of complexity. Hint of honey.

  • Finish:

    Short, a bit bread forward. Honey, some lemon, pepper. Juniper is hiding behind the sweetness.

  • Overall:

    This is entirely fine as well. It tastes almost identical to Goodwyn despite being a different style.
