Hirsch Reserve Bourbon is a high-rye bourbon produced by Hotaling & Co. in San Francisco. It is sourced from MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, blending two mash bills: one with 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malt; and another with 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malt. The bourbon ages for eight years in barrels with a #4 char on the walls and a #2 char on the heads and is bottled at 46% ABV.
