Hine Homage is a Grande Champagne Fine Champagne cognac produced by Thomas Hine & Co in the Cognac region of France. It is a blend of Early Landed cognacs from three vintages (1984, 1986, 1987) that were matured in the U.K., combined with extra old cognac aged in Jarnac, France. The cognac is bottled at 40% ABV and retails for around $130-170.

- The palate isn’t overly sweet, with straightforward chocolate notes followed by some mild strawberry and cream character. Quite dry as it develops, the finish makes its way toward a more floral character, though over time the strawberry plus some raspberry notes begin to dominate.
