Hilton Head Atlantic Bourbon is produced at Hilton Head Distillery on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This straight bourbon is made with a mash bill of corn, wheat and barley and undergoes distinctive aging in continental and tropical climates for three to six years before finishing in rum barrels previously used for the distillery's Solera Rum. It's bottled at 46% ABV and sells for around $44-50. According to producer tasting notes, it shows caramel and vanilla with baking spice, alongside dark fruit and a touch of sweetness from the oak.
