Highland Park Voyage of the Raven is a no-age statement single malt Scotch whisky that matured mostly in first-fill sherry casks and became available in global travel retail beginning spring 2018. It is bottled at 41.3% ABV and priced around $75-85. The expression celebrates the raven's iconic status in Norse mythology as a symbol of good fortune for Vikings who first settled on Orkney over 1,000 years ago.

- On the palate, the peat supports the white grapes, with pepper to enliven the whole, while aromas that can be traced back to orange peel, walnut and dried dates caress the palate in an ever-changing bittersweet circle, leading to a medium-long spicy finish of dates and wood.
