Highland Park Mjolner 14 Year Old is a cask-strength single malt Scotch whisky produced at Highland Park Distillery in Kirkwall, Orkney. Bottled in 2019 exclusively for the Mjolner restaurant and bar group in Australia, it was matured in a combination of first-fill sherry-seasoned European oak, first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill casks. Limited to 1,731 bottles, it was bottled at 56.5% ABV and retailed for around AUD $225 (about USD $145).
