  • Reminiscent of birch beer, this amaro has a brown hue and a relatively sweet, mellow molasses-like flavor, with a hefty twang of anise midpalate followed by pine and licorice on the finish.

  • Overall, this is a great amaro to enjoy on the rocks with an orange slice, but also works very well as a substitute for sweet vermouth in cocktails.
