Herman Marshall is a Texas whiskey brand founded in 2010 by Herman Beckley and Marshall Louis in Dallas County, becoming the first legal distillery in the area since Prohibition. The brand was acquired by Dry County Distilleries in 2021 and now operates from Wylie, Texas. Its whiskeys use Texas-sourced grains and mature in new American white oak barrels.
