Herb & Orchid Asian Pear & Agave Sparkler is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made with dealcoholized wine, invert sugar, natural flavors, yeast protein and carbon dioxide. It comes in a 4-pack and features less than 0.5% ABV.
The added yeast protein really does give this sparkler a little more heft, a foamier mouthfeel. Plus it contributes to the aftertaste and length you get post-sip. Overall, I think this is a delightful sparkling dealc wine, and only clocks in at 70 calories and 8g of sugar.
