Hayman's Sloe Gin is produced by the Hayman family, the oldest gin-distilling family in London since 1863. Wild English sloe berries are steeped for three to four months in Hayman's London Dry Gin, and a small amount of sugar is added.
This is a really balanced sloe gin and as such, isn't sticky sweet or one dimensional. When adding to cocktails, keep this in mind. It is lovely, fruity, and just the right amount of tart.
