Havana Club Añejo Clásico Puerto Rican Rum is distilled from sugarcane and aged in oak barrels for up to three years. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml format, it hosts a suggested retail price of $26.99.
On the palate the rum enters with the vanilla and brown sugar from the aroma. This is soon followed by quick notes of pineapple, dried papaya, raisins, and a pop of brine. Notes of minerals and char come in at the end creating a long savory finish.
