One of three Hardin's Creek Warehouse Series releases from the James B. Beam Distilling Company in October 2025, this bourbon comes from Warehouse G, a nine-story warehouse. The other bourbons in the series — The Mushroom and The Beaver — were aged in one- and five-story warehouses. All three bourbons are identical in mashbill, proof (110), age (11 years) and suggested retail price ($149.99).

Browned butter, almond croissant, orange zest, dried raspberries, maple, a touch of cherry, clove and some nutty Beam funk.
The palate is rich and layered, with a lovely mouthfeel. French toast slathered in maple syrup meets hazelnut, custard, cherry, more browned butter and bitter tannin.
A bit of heat on the finish, with fudge, espresso, tannin, cinnamon and peanut brittle.
Lovely bourbon. It's close between The Owl and The Beaver, but I think this is my favorite of the trio of 2025 Hardin's Creek releases.
