  • Nose:

    Sweet cherry, brown sugar, maple, tobacco and pepper. Packed with character, savory notes and a whopper of cherry cordial. Sweet, savory, buttery, enticing.

  • Taste:

    Rich on the palate, light on ethanol. Honey, butter cream, Luxardo cherry and pie filling. A touch of creme brulee, nougat and heavy tannins.

  • Finish:

    Sweet and spicy finish, packed with clove, pepper, ginger and tons of oak. It's bordering on dry, bitter, tannins although there's plenty of sweet, fruity character to bring it back from the brink.

  • Overall:

    Overall, this is a masterpiece. It's the best parts of the previous glory of those Knob Creek 15 and 16yr picks everyone loved. Packed with fruit, candy, spice and oak, this unites it all.
